The Metalworks Project Update – October 2019
Following June’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress for The Metalworks.
The communal area concrete works and the metal decking for level 6 at Steel House are now complete. Window installation is progressing well and the construction company are due to commence the roofing works to level 3, 5 and 6 at Iron House.
Below are a few pictures of the building works in progress.
COMING UP NEXT
In the coming months, the team will commence the fit out to the 3rd and 4th floors at Iron House. Brickwork and window installations will continue on-site.
Phased completions are anticipated to commence from Q3 2020. We are providing these dates as guidance only and are subject to change in line with the build program. We will keep you posted on any changes in future project updates to ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the build period.
