As Land Buyer, Callum is responsible for sourcing a variety of greenfield and brownfield opportunities across the Midlands to bolster SevenHomes’ opportunities throughout the region.
After beginning his career as an Estate Agent, Callum moved into a property development graduate role at A.F. Blakemore & Son acquiring a range of commercial sites, from city centre locations to large retail sites via on and off market opportunities across the Midlands, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Callum has shown a proclivity towards outside-the-box thinking, helping to manage stakeholder relationships in an effective manner, whilst maintaining an analytic and proficient approach at all times.
