Heading up the Customer Service team, Charlotte brings over 20 years senior management and leadership expertise to SevenCapital.
Charlotte started her career as a Trainee Accountant for Concentric PLC, and then found her passion for real estate at Chesterton overseeing client accounting. Moving to Jacksons Stops and Staff, Charlotte set up the Midland Division of Client Management Services and headed this for several years, looking after in excess of 400 clients.
Charlotte then went on to work as a senior manager in the charitable sector for 13 years as head of facilities of office management for Mencap. A key player in the strategic direction of the charity responsible for acquiring buildings whilst overseeing the charity’s portfolio of properties whilst adhering to the Charity Commission.
Charlotte has set up companies including an independent estate agency and a third sector serviced office facility.
At SevenCapital she now oversees the Customer Service team. She is passionate about nothing other than excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are provided with a complete hassle free service from initial enquiry through to after sales care.
