Dan Bugler

Land Manager

Dan is a Land Manager in our London team and brings his experience of the land buying process to SevenCapital. Dan joined the team from Bellway Homes Thames Valley where he spent over 2 years in the land team after completing the MSc Real Estate degree at the University of Reading, where he achieved a Distinction. He has a track record which includes the acquisition of a variety of brownfield and greenfield sites and delivering these through the planning process.

At SevenCapital, Dan’s role involves working with land owners and agents to identify new opportunities for development across London and the South-East. Dan is responsible for managing suitable opportunities through the bid stage, through the legal and planning process and to completion. This includes liaising with local planning authorities to deliver successful planning outcomes for SevenCapital and our partners.

He is currently actively seeking new sites within London Zones 2 – 6 and other key commuter-belt towns in close proximity to the capital. This is with a focus towards urban brownfield sites for apartment-led schemes which have existing planning permissions that have the scope to be optimised through further planning work and those with no prior planning permissions whatsoever if the site has a realistic capacity for residential development. Dan is also looking at sites which benefit from implementable full planning permission or good outline consents.
