Providing effective and efficient administration to the after sales and hand over team, Assisting clients with any queries they may have regarding defects within their property after hand over, ensuring contractors have relevant supplies ready for works to be carried out and keeping track of works due to be carried out. I have worked within the lettings industry for the past 3years, being in control of gas safties and EPC’s, booking in maintenance and working with contractors to assess works needed. I have been in customer service since leaving school at 16.
